  • Abstract
    A new CCD Auto-Guiding-to-Star System is proposed to minimize the tracking errors of the telescope tracking system, and also to improve the accuracies of observation. This paper discusses the key algorithms of CCD Auto-guiding Star System, and design of the software which can connect the workstation with the CCD camera to collect, analyze and process data. This system has showed reliability and high precision of observation in experiments, in which a CCD was installed on a telescope with 650 mm diameter.
