Abstract :
The intelligent mobile video supervising system based on DSP are introduced in this paper. Based on TMS320DM642 embedded platform, video capture and processing functions are designed. Based on streaming media technology and mobile communication technology, video relay and distribution functions are designed. Based on windows mobile, video monitoring and control functions are designed. With embedded and intelligent features, the system proves to meet design expectations. Embedded technology makes the system enjoy the advantage of compact size, high stability, strong mobility and application suitability in a variety of environment. Similarly, Detection algorithm of moving objects based on human morphology and linkage alarm functions have greatly reduced the cost of system and avoid the false alarm.
