Abstract
The traditional data warehouse systems based on client/server configuration meet many challenges when more and more people need to share the data. In this paper, the architecture of web-based warehouse using XML is presented as a solution. And the design of the application server is explained specifically. The architecture is promising because of its prominent advantages.
