Construction of the Index System of Investment Risks Evaluation on High-tech Projects

With the risen venture capital, the evaluation index system and evaluation method is one of the problems which need to be resolved quickly. This thesis is on the investors´ foots, basing on the domestic and overseas research and domestic situation. According to characteristics of high-tech venture capital project, the paper first puts forward principles to select investment risks evaluation on high-tech projects, and then analyzes the investment risk of high-tech projects from the six aspects and establishes an evaluation index system for high-tech projects investment risks.
