Abstract
In this paper, an RFID signal capturing and controlling system for BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) priority is proposed. Setting an active RFID tag on the BRT vehicle and setting an RFID reader close the road intersections, the reader identify the coming BRT vehicle quickly and exactly, the system perform the BRT signal priority process and control the signal lamp phase by comparing the BRT schedule. We analyse the design of the system and it´s realization of hardware and software flow.
