Exploration on Cultivating Navigation Professional Consciousness through Practice Trainings

This paper introduces the connotation of professional consciousness, introduces the relationship between the navigation professional consciousness and maritime security, and analyzes particularity of the navigation professional consciousness. By adopting Delphi method, summarizes the composition of navigation professional consciousness, points out the weaknesses of this area. Aiming at the deficiency, some methods about cultivating nautical students´ professional consciousness are applied in practice training courses. According to the analysis of teaching experiments data, some suggestions are brought forward to improve nautical students´ professional consciousness.
