Abstract
The security of quantum key distribution with single particles is determined by the non cloning theorem of two non orthogonal quantum states. In his paper, we discuss whether the security of QKD with single particles is threatened by a probabilistic cloning theorem, which is provided by Duan-Guo. It is shown that there is an asymptotic security of QKD with single particles in probabilistic cloning fashion with privacy amplification technique
