Abstract
We demonstrate first 640-Gbit/s/port (64-lambda times 10-Gbit/s) DWDM/NRZ-DPSK optical packet switching (OPS) and buffering with 200-Gchip/s PSK optical label processing for transparent optical packet switch system. Error-free (bit-error-rate<10-9) operation for all 64 DPSK payload channels is achieved.
