Abstract :
The purpose of the present study was to determine whether the dynamicity of QT-interval, obtained from the standard ECG is comparable with the MAP duration changes. Three different study protocols were used for signal registration at spontaneous, fixed paced and incrementally paced heart rates. The results demonstrated high correlation between the surface QT-interval and MAP duration at various heart rates. The findings afford the opportunity to use QT-interval measured from surface ECG for modelling processes requiring endocardial electrogram registration
