Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper introduces the work theory and system constitution of computer automatic test system of proportional valve, presents the solution of hardware design and software programming based on LabVIEW. Flow and pressure signals of the hydraulic test system measured by sensors are sent into IPC through data acquisition card after being managed by signal processing circuit. Computer analyses and processes these signals data and then sent control orders to programmable controller which can control hydraulic executive components. The application of advanced automation technology realizes improving test precision and work efficiency of hydraulic test and making test results output more rapidly and visually.
