Abstract :
With the own losses of negative sequence power of transformers, this paper introduced a new characteristic of transformer fault diagnosis based on the relative ratio losses of the negative sequence power. Through theoretical study and examples, it is demonstrated that the application of this method to transformer fault diagnosis is reasonable and feasible.
