Abstract
For electricity bidding of pumped storage power station, an agent-based decision support system is designed, which is easier extensively and can be upgraded easily. At the same time, (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) and KQML (Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) are selected to implement standard communications among different operation systems. And programming language JAVA is selected because of its advantages in net communications and securities. At last, a electricity bidding stratagem is advised that prices for electricity bidding should start at the same maximum not only in the short time but also in the long time, and than its value decreases gradually with different ends.
