Abstract
The dynamic genetic algorithm (DGA) is presented for constructing minimum-cost multicast trees with delay constraints. In order to have computers successfully become consumer electronics for multimedia multicast communication applications, we propose a novel multimedia multicast routing approach for the Internet in this paper
