Abstract
The application of AU (Adobe Audition) in the teaching and learning of USPCG (Undergraduate Signal Processing Course Group) is explored. To improve the teaching effects of USPCG, the courses´ characteristics are analyzed, and then an innovative aspect that the Adobe Audition can be used as a teaching software tool in USPCG is proposed. According to the functions and advantages of AU, its roles in optimizing teaching and learning means, enriching teaching contents, and promoting students´ all-round development are discussed in detail. The study shows that employing Adobe Audition will arouse the learning interest of the students, improve their understanding of core signal processing concepts, help them draw strong connections between the theory and practice, and make the classroom activity more harmonious.
