Abstract :
For tracking a moving target, a novel technique called location-based delivery (LBD) which combines short message service (SMS) and global position system (GPS) is proposed, and further, compromise tracking a moving target is established. LBD reduces the amount of short message services when tracking the target within the range. The proposed method, LBD, involves three primary features: Short message format, dynamic threshold and location prediction. The characterized short message configuration is restrictive. Location prediction is performed by utilizing the current area, moving speed, and heading of the focus to anticipate its next area. At the point when the separation between the anticipated area and the genuine area process a certain limit, the target transmits a short message to the tracker to overall its present area. The limit is powerfully conformed to keep up the area following precision and the quantity of short messages on the premise of the moving rate of the target. The exploratory results demonstrate that LBD, for sure, beats different routines in light of the fact that it palatably keeps up the area following exactness with generally less messages.
