  • Abstract
    We propose an all-optical wavelength-selective switch for a wide wavelength range. The switch consists of asymmetric X-junction couplers and Raman amplifiers. Switching extinction ratio of larger than 20dB is verified numerically in wavelength 1350-1750nm.
