Abstract :
Abnormal situations lead to rigid problems in complex product development. The existing approaches to deal with the rigid problems just focus on the two ends of the process that ldquodiscover problems rarr feedback problems rarr solving problemsrdquo and ignore the value of the feedback phase which play the role of link. In this paper, through horizontal classification and vertical stratification on the abnormal situations and through distinction between the types of feedback data, the solution of processing rigid problems realizes pertinence and hierarchy. So the most economic and efficient information transmission channel has been established, the value of ldquofeedback problemsrdquo phase has been fully tapped.
