Abstract :
As the importance of service´s continuity for service-oriented computing (SOC) system and present QoS assurance mechanisms in SOC system did not take full account of the impact of the service components dynamics. In order to solve this problem credit model and credit function was put forward, CRD (credit record data) is used to quantize the SOC system´s dynamic. A new QoS assurance mechanism which based on the service schedule is proposed, service reserve and service backup algorithm droved by CRD respectively to achieve risk aversion, inhibiting, prevent and risk compensation. Distinct services with different QoS level use CRD then give priority to services with high QoS level and schedule them with tasks at first. In the service life capture credit event and manage risks. Simulation experiments have been done, the results show that this QoS assurance mechanism can reduce the impact caused by system´s dynamics, ensure system services´ continuity and enhance the system´s QoS.
