Abstract :
Specimen-induced aberrations frequently affect image quality in high-resolution microscopes. We develop efficient adaptive optical schemes to correct aberrations in confocal, multiphoton and harmonic generation microscopes. Image resolution and contrast is improved with minimal specimen exposure.
