Abstract
With the development of science and technology and the continuous increase in productivity, product life cycles are shortened and consumer demands are more and more personalized and diversity, which makes enterprises faced with ever-changing and unpredictable competitive environment. Therefore rapid response to market competition has become one of the main focuses and the competitive advantages. So the agility thought based on enterprise information integration has become the necessary means for enterprisespsila sustainable development. Then achieving high agility of reverse logistics enterprises is an effective means of reducing costs and better meeting consumer needs for the reverse logistics enterprise, therefore constructing high agile reverse logistics system is very necessary. In the light of this, this paper establishes an index system from the time, cost, robustness, production flexibility, inter-organizations and relevance of management, then uses the method of BP neural network to evaluate the agility of the reverse logistics enterprise, so as to provide a basis for the reverse logistics enterprise to establish high agility, but also to achieve the high agility for reverse supply chain.
