Abstract :
In order to resolve super-complicated scientific and society problems, virtual experts system based on theory of integration of knowledge ability is put forward. Companied with ones within certain organization, realization of integration of knowledge ability for virtual experts system operates in the same principle and with more powerful capacity, but it is more difficult to achieve. By research on virtual experts system based on this theory in complicated technology innovation project in cross discipline, with help of figures and operational mechanism analysis, its construction course and countermeasures is put forward further. These countermeasures include to establish a high standard experts innovation platform, build effective mode and operation mechanism of integration of knowledge ability, choose members of virtual experts team perfectly for complicated scientific research projects. This is merely theoretical and initial because some researches such as empirical and more systematic researches are need further to do .Of course, it is not easy to do further, but this conclusion is undoubted.
