  • Abstract
This article analyses the wavelet packet threshold de-noising method on vibration signals. Several thresholds and threshold functions are introduced. This paper puts forward a new threshold function, which overcomes the shortcomings of the hard-threshold method with discontinuous function. At the same time, this new function overcomes the shortcoming there is an invariable dispersion. It proves that this method can de-noise the vibration signals more effectively both theoretically and practically.
