Abstract :
In this paper, 3 kinds of distribution system (DS) topologies are introduced. Then 3 IAPP protocols available are analyzed and compared from their complexity and robustness. A new IAPP enhancement protocol based on DSC is proposed, and the handover process and query process are described and are proven to have better robustness than previous protocols. The transfer agent is introduced to solve the problem of roaming among IP sub-networks
