Study on Implementation of ERP System in Construction Enterprise

At present, the construction enterprises are facing with many management problems. The problems have puzzled the construction enterprises heads for a long term, and have seriously hindered the enterprise core competitive ability promotion. Along with our country opening construction market date approaching, our countrypsilas construction enterprises are possibly to be at an inferiority position in the competition with oversea construction enterprises. Information construction can use many kinds of information systems; however, in view of widespread application of ERP system in foreign famous construction enterprises, it becomes a worthy consideration of ERP system. This paper is to discuss the preparation of ERP system implementation, implementation work and application effects in the final chapter. These effects reflect the enterprise core competitive ability enhancement.
