Abstract
This paper introduces the background that the power-dispatching department builds integration data and information platform in order to eliminate "Information Island". Completed the design of integration data and information platform base on B/S. Illuminated the architecture, function modules and their roles of the platform, and Created data warehouse by the third software COGNOS and achieved on-line analytical processing (OLAP).
