The Characteristics and Problems of SME Cluster of China

In China, industrial cluster has formed the bigger economic scale and attracted a lot of SME (Small and Middle Enterprises) to join in industrial chain, and became the important power of China economic development. Firstly, this paper generalized the cluster type and forming reason of Chinese industrial cluster and listed some representative industrial clusters. Secondly, though comparing single SME with large scale enterprise, this paper discovered some advantages of industrial cluster. Finally, this paper also pointed out some server problems of Chinese industrial cluster, which all would be helpful for us to know the situation of China SME industrial cluster.
