Techonological Innovation Management of Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises

Based on analyzing the status quo of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprisespsila technological innovation, we could find that the overall level of Chinese SMEspsila technological innovation is much lower than that of United Statespsila. On this basis, this paper carried out in-depth study on the fundamental technological innovation modes which are suitable for the SMEs, and also did some research work on how to select proper technological innovation modes at different developing stages of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, from the mechanism of technological innovationpsilas driving force, this paper proposed measures in details on how to promote the technological innovation activities of Chinese SMEs. In short, only when Chinese small and medium enterprisespsila technological innovative activities were promoted, could the SMEspsila core competitiveness be strengthened and then could the prosperity and development of Chinese SMEs be promoted.
