  • Abstract
    With the rapid development of our country´s retail trade, inter-organizational information systems get attention by the retailers and suppliers. Many scholars have been research on the factors affecting the adoption of inter-organizational information systems, but research is mainly very little about the adoption of supplier - retailer inter-organizational information systems and adoption hierarchy, this paper mainly researches affecting factors to suppliers-retailers inter-organizational information systems from the leadership and environment. The results of the study show that these factors have positive influence to adoption willing of supplier - retailer inter-organizational information systems including leader´s risk preference, information demand and competition degree; Leader´s risk preference and information demand have positive influence and to adoption hierarchy of supplier - retailer inter-organizational information systems.
