Abstract
The efficient achievements management is much significance for the development of basic scientific research, and so all of the knowledge resources of achievements should be managed. In order to integrate the different types of knowledge resources of basic research achievements, this paper proposes a supernetwork model of knowledge resources. First, the person network, the material network and the knowledge network are respectively built by the appropriate types of data, and the supernetwork model is established by these networks and their relations. Second, the characteristics of supernetwork are obtained by the quantitative analysis. Finally, we use the achievement files of management science department in National Nature Science Foundation of China to construct an actual supernetwork model, and some applications and cases based on the supernetwork are given to illustrate the model and method. In the supernetwork model, the knowledge of an achievement can be represented by the relations between the knowledge network and the person network, and all knowledge of achievements can be classified by these relations.
