Abstract
This paper presents a GPS band integrated CMOS receiver front-end, implemented by a standard 0.35 mum 3M2P CMOS technology, working at 0.93 V supply. The receiver consists of a transconductance low noise amplifier (Gm-LNA), a current mode down conversion mixer (Cheng, 2002) and a voltage-controlled oscillator using accumulation-mode MOS varactor (A-MOS VCO). The integrated receiver front-end has measured power conversion gain 6.8 dB, input referred third-order intercept point (IIP3) 3 dBm, and noise figure 10.65 dB. The measured total power consumption at 0.93 V supply is equal to 27.9 mW
