  • Abstract
Traditional regulatory capture theory couldn´t tell us what is on earth the cause of capture even though it has experienced many paradigms evolution, which bring some limitations to its application. We study the root of capture and the hidden trade pattern in our country based on fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis, and find there are several trading models hidden in captured phenomenon which are related to types of the enterprise, government intervene and capture approaches. The study will not only improve and enrich the theory, but also have important practical significance for government regulation reform.
