Abstract
The concept of service creation environment (SCE) has emerged as a solution to rapid development of intelligent network service software. This paper describes the general procedure for service creation and describes the structure of components of ETRI SCE based on the general service creation process. In particular, this paper focuses on the simulation environment which is used for verifying whether a service logic created by using SCE operates correctly and matches the user´s intention
