Abstract
Under the tide of globalization, great change has taken place on organizational management environment. The dynamic and complexity of management environment become dominant trend instead of stable operating condition which has become part of history. Proceeding from the current social situation, the author realizes the significance of an organization´s ability to keep learning and renew itself; the more learning capacity is owned by organization, the stronger continuous competitive power it has. This paper expounds connotation of organization-learning force. From three aspects consisted by leader, vision and objectives as well as organizational culture, it analyzes factors which influence organizational learning ability and educed three effective approaches as follows: leaders ought to have sufficient level of awareness and draw attention to organizational learning; leaders ought to share business vision together with employees; leaders should strengthen cultural construction of organizational learning ability.
