Abstract

Local governments play an important role in innovation in the manufacturing industry, as far as the impact of China´s manufacturing industry innovation factors are concerned. The paper designs innovation in manufacturing industry and local government behavior evaluation index system, by taking 29 of the manufacturing industry as samples, and using data analysis and the method from grey relational perspective to examine the quantitative relationship between them, from the perspective of further insights into the empirical relationship between the two. It also analyzes the relationship between the innovative capability of manufacturing industry and local government behavior, so as to enhance the innovative capability of manufacturing industry and market competitiveness of manufacturing industry.
