  • Abstract
The model is based on a rate-equation analysis of the temporal evolution of selected atomic and ionic species population densities (Cu-Ne-H2) and other key plasma parameters. The field intensity in plasma was determined subject to an external excitation circuit and temporal dependence of discharge impedance. Impedance of the cathode sheath at the electrode-plasma interface was not considered
