Abstract :
We have developed widely tunable THz-wave parametric generators that operate at room temperature. On the other hand, THz-waves continue to broaden their range of applications in our laboratory such as detection of drugs concealed in envelopes, and inspection of electrical failures in large scale integration circuit.
