Discussions on the role of enterprises culture of Daqing in management of petroleum industry

The establishment and development of Daqing Petroleum culture, which has been a classic case of spiritual promotion to enterprise growth, can be traced to more than half contrary ago. In recent years, with continuous challenging from both inside factors and outside economic situation, innovation to current enterprise culture is needed for further development of Daqing Petroleum Corporation Limited. Here we systematically analyzed current situation of culture in Daqing Petroleum Corporation. Based on those facts, we proposed principles and pathways for Daqing Petroleum Corporation to construct modern enterprise culture, namely to uniform corporations value, to nurture corporation spirit, to boost management idea, to strength corporation system, to organize brand, to rebuild corporation´s figure in public. Through these procedures, the enterprise culture system will be perfected stably, with the endeavor from both managers and employees as supporting. The long-term carrying on of modern enterprise culture enabled spiritual Chinese Petroleum enterprise culture.
