Abstract :
On an example of the shock synthesis of carbide of titanium the physical and mathematical simulation of mechano-chemical processes in reacting powder mixture is carried out. The model is used, in which it is supposed, that the macroscopic structure of concentration inhomogeneity of powder mixture define the initialization and condition of running of a reaction of carbides synthesis in the system Ti-C. The initialization of a reaction in a powder compact has a multicentre nature. It allows one to consider the synthesis reaction in the vicinity of one center, that in a first approximation brings a one-dimensional problem. The cell of concentration macro inhomogeneity of powder mixture is considered as a representative volume. This inhomogeneity is formed by preparation of mixture because of running of the synergetic processes of self-organizing of a discrete system
