Abstract :
In order to meet the requirements of socialism market economy and private enterprise spanning development, Combining actuality of human resource plan of Chinese private enterprise, This paper respectively to medium and small private enterprise as the research object, discover the problems of human resource plan, analysis the key reason, further more construct human resource plan modeling of private enterprise based on spanning development strategic, probe into effective measure by which modeling can be put into practice successful, summarize method and stratagem of establishing practice and valid evaluation mechanism of enterprise human resource plan. Human resource plan must be a core guarantee for enterprise development, it can improve core competition of Chinese private enterprise on strategic level and offer power human resource for practice of spanning development stratagem.
