  • Abstract
Quality of induction motors is a complicated multifactor phenomenon requiring a matched information system for management. It is provided by manufacturing accuracy. The authors have developed an accuracy theory of electrical machines which is a methodological basis of quality management of the electrotechnical production of induction motors. The purpose of the given investigation is the development of a quality-shaping mathematical model in the manufacturing of induction motors which is available when developing a quality management system at electrotechnical plants. Mathematical simulation of larger rating induction motors has been carried out. Distribution histograms and distribution laws of quality indices have been received. Comparison with a fixed tolerance has been made. The obtained results are used for quality prediction, quantitative estimation when modifying technology and developing quality management in manufacturing electrotechnical production
