  • Abstract
    Nowadays important problems of modern electrical machines are relative mass decrease, dimensions decrease and energetic indices increase. Traditional technique is impractical in this case. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new way of decreasing induction motor mass-overall indices. The aim of the investigation is evaluation of electromagnetic load influence on quality indices and mass-overall indices of induction motors. Mathematical model of evaluation of electromagnetic load influence on quality indices and mass-overall indices of induction motors has been developed to solve the above problem. This model has been realized using computers. Transverse section geometric pattern change of an induction motor could lead to new stamp fabrication for stator and rotor lamination. It is very expensive, at present. Therefore linear load A and air gap flux density BA are chosen as independent variables. Limitations for the given mathematical model are quality indices, tolerances, which are determined by State Standard. It is necessary to change electromagnetic loads until one of the limitations is fulfilled. The analysis of the received data has shown that recommendations in linear load and air gap flux density selection has been given in a proper way
