Abstract
The biological effects of electromagnetic fields are reviewed in this paper. It is found that exposure to excessive levels of electromagnetic power over prolonged periods can cause adverse health effects. This paper presents occupational and general exposure limits recently adopted by the World Health Organisation (WHO)
