Abstract :
The problems in the application of the DFT to electronic measurement are analysed. The Lagrange-interpolation is used to pre-process the sampling data in order to be suitable for the DFT. Simulation results show a reasonable improvement of the calculation accuracy. Based on the DFT with the interpolation the sampling theorem is modified for precise electronic measurements. The proposed methods are applied to the separation of linear and nonlinear signals, the measurement of transfer function of linear systems and the impedance measurement of ceramic materials under high field intensities
