Research on efficiency evaluation of university technological innovation in Heilongjiang province

The efficiency of scientific and technical innovation is an important symbol of university developmental level and determines one´s status in research universities. According to the characteristics of the efficiency evaluation, this thesis constructs the DEA evaluation model which also combines the present research situation home and abroad. Using this model to analyze the result of technological innovation efficiency in Heilongjiang province, and on the basis of evaluation results, this thesis puts forward some adjustable suggestions from the input and output angle, which provides the scientific method for improving scientific and technical innovation in the universities in Heilongjiang.
