Abstract
It is generally acknowledged that many experts and almost all laypersons have difficulty in formulating requests for information in such a manner that conventional off-line information extraction systems can find optimal answers. Therefore, it is increasingly evident that there is a need for an interactive dialog between information seekers and information extraction systems. In this paper, we describe the demonstrator of an interactive and multimodal information extraction system that is under construction in the NWO funded research program IMIX
