Abstract
In a fuzzy control system, fuzzification and defuzzification are two important procedures. In the paper, two defuzzification methods respecting the fuzzification processes are introduced and investigated. We describe them as cutting-defuzzification and producing-defuzzification. Those methods are compared with typical defuzzification procedures, MOM and COG; and the results show that the defuzzification methods given in the paper are more effective and accurate
