As the application of ERP system becomes more and more popular and universal, the ERP suppliers and enterprises which now use ERP system begin to evaluate performance of ERP system implementation. Through scientific evaluation and study, the application status of ERP system is revealed. The paper first establishes a performance evaluation index system of ERP implementation based on technology level, management level and enterprise performances. Then, the paper gives a performance evaluation method based on AHP-fuzzy theory to evaluate ERP system implementation performance. At last, the paper gives an application instance and introduces how to evaluate an enterprise of ERP system implementation performance by making use of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It provides scientific gist and theory support for decision-making.
