Abstract
Now "the sustainable development" concept becomes a new social and economic paradigm of development. The potential of the economic progress which is based on a sustainable development, assumes qualitative improvements bigger, than economic growth. The BRIC-countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China) which become a world leaders in economic growth rates have a strong responsibility to provide an principles of sustainable development implementation take into account their biocapasity volume.
