Abstract :
This dissertation studies the multimedia message service flows that based on the digital television system. In this paper, the digital television is called TVMMS for short. TVMMS uplink service flow and downlink service flow will be discussed. The author also discussed the TVMMS address encoding and addressing scheme. We can perform the uplink service and downlink service and point to point service through the TVMMS system. TVMMS will greatly enrich the application of digital television.
