Abstract :
In this paper an analysis method of a branch guide coupler in rectangular coaxial waveguide is presented. This method is based on a mode matching approach with modal analysis performed by using the transverse resonance technique. Accurate measurements on a 3 dB coupler breadboard prove the effectiveness of this procedure.
